Stepteam Twente heeft dit jaar een mooie tocht rond het thema \u2018grens\u2019 in het stepprogramma opgenomen. De route voert door het fraaie Nederlands-Duitse grensgebied. We steppen onder andere door het Witte Veen, Amtsvenn\/Aamsveen en het Lutterzand en komen bijvoorbeeld langs de Dreil\u00e4ndersee en de Gildehauser Ostm\u00fchle (met klimmetje) en natuurlijk werpen we regelmatig een blik op het meanderende riviertje de Dinkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stepteam Twente heeft in de afgelopen jaren enkele langere, uitdagende thematochten georganiseerd. In 2022 en 2023 waren het routes rond het thema molens en in 2024 stond een langere cross op de kalender. Voor dit jaar hebben we gekozen voor een grenstocht van 110 km. Deze gaat lang niet altijd over glad asfalt, dus ervaring met het steppen van langere afstanden is wenselijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We starten op de parkeerplaats van Ter Huurne Hollandmarkt in Haaksbergen, een locatie die goed past bij het thema van deze tocht, want deze supermarkt ligt precies op de grens tussen Nederland en Duitsland. Onderweg steken we de grens diverse malen over en bezoeken ook het drielandenpunt van Nederland, Noordrijn-Westfalen en Nedersaksen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alle deelnemers ontvangen een gpx-bestand van de route. Hoewel we straks allemaal beschikken over de route, blijven we onderweg als groep bij elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
