Het is de bedoeling dat de informatie regelmatig wordt bijgewerkt en aangevuld. We hebben nog flink wat onderwerpen achter de hand die we graag willen bespreken, bijvoorbeeld over materiaal, maar de basis ligt er. Ook zijn we van plan om de informatie aan te vullen met meer foto\u2019s en filmpjes.<\/p>\n<p>Suggesties, vragen en opmerkingen kun je sturen naar ons <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepteamtwente.nl\/home\/contact\/\">e-mailadres<\/a>. Graag maken we gebruik van jullie input om deze steptechnische informatie te verbeteren.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1>Steptechniek<\/h1>\n<p>Bij vrijwel alle sporten speelt techniek in meer of mindere mate een rol. Bij moeilijke sporten, zoals schaatsen, moet je veel energie steken in het aanleren van de juiste techniek. Bij andere sporten, zoals hardlopen, fietsen en steppen, lijkt het allemaal vanzelf te gaan. Toch is het ook bij relatief eenvoudige sporten belangrijk om te letten op techniek. Zo voorkom je blessures en leer je effici\u00ebnter vooruit te komen. Op deze site proberen we aan te geven hoe je het beste kunt steppen.<\/p>\n<p>Wij richten ons met deze site vooral op toer- en wedstrijdsteppers.
